Cartridge World is proud to be celebrating 21 years of operations in 2021 and is set to mark the business milestone with rolling promotional campaigns through to the end of the year to thank customers for their loyalty and support.
Cartridge World was established to fight the war on waste in an industry that was creating an ever-increasing amount of landfill. The amount of cartridges going to landfill has been significantly reduced by refilling cartridges – a service provided by Cartridge World stores at around half the cost of buying a new cartridge. In addition to refilling, the business has morphed into a specialty retailer selling all major brands of printers, ink, and toner to meet the needs of customers that other retailers cannot or don’t want to.
The first Cartridge World store in New Zealand opened in Christchurch in June 2000. The network has since expanded to over 35 stores and agencies located from Kaitaia to Invercargill. Bill and Kirsty Swan operate 3 stores in the Wellington region. Their Lower Hutt store has been open for 20 years.
Even though customers have the convenience of ordering online, which has proved to be invaluable and essential with COVID restrictions, the majority of sales and customer service is provided in-store. The fact that all stores and agencies are locally owned and operated is directly related to the high level of customer service and satisfaction. Cartridge World may be a global brand, but the service is 100% local.
Cartridge World is offering 21% off selected printers during July to kick off the celebrations and is looking forward to welcoming customers into store to take advantage of the offer and providing assistance with any print requirements. Find your local store and more promotional details online.
